What is covered under Warranty
Replacement of defective components
Coverage of manufacturing defects and material faults
Technical assistance and guidance for troubleshooting
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
Any disputes are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer

What’s not Covered under Warranty
Normal wear and tear, including seals & o-rings
External damage caused by contamination or accidents
Issues arising from neglect, lack of maintenance or improper storage
Repair performed by unauthorized personnel
Damage caused by:
Incorrect installation
Use of incorrect hydraulic fluid
Operating at temperatures beyond the prescribed limits
Operating at pressures beyond the prescribed limits

Customer Responsibility
Perform routine maintenance, of the filters and oil inlet supply should be unhindered
Use the recommended oils and make sure that the oil filtration is working as desired inletting clean oil into the system. As a general guideline, oils should be replaced after 18-21 months of continuous use.
Make sure that the pump works within the prescribed limits of pressure and temperature
Oil supply should never be choked, dry running of the pump will cause permanent damage
Maintain proof of purchase and this warranty card for claim validation
Warranty Claim Procedure
Contact your authorized dealer or service center
Present the original warranty card and purchase receipt
Allow the product to be inspected by the authorized personnel
Follow guidance provided by the service team for further action
